Health coaching is a little different to your standard personal training; it includes a holistic assessment of your health and fitness needs. Based on these needs, a personal health plan will be created, specifically tailored to ensure you achieve your goals and maintain them. Sessions with me may include (but are not limited to)...

  • Dietary analysis.
  • Supermarket tours – including planning, food label comparison, budgeting, hints and tips.
  • Preparing healthy meals – including budgeting, shopping lists, preparation and cooking.
  • Exercise planning & coaching.
  • Physical assessment – including a full body composition analysis.
  • Sleep assessment and coaching.
  • Mental wellbeing assessment and strategies to help you improve your wellbeing. 
  • Motivational support and accountability.
